OSTEOARTHRITIS DIET

Goals
1)  Keep your body weight at Ideal body weight.
2) Avoid food that are high in fat, high in sugar, high protein
3) Drinkat least 8 glasses of filtered water a day
4) Avoid crash dieting or fasting - lifestyle change is crucial
5) NO alcohol, NO tobacco
6) NO Dairy Products
7) Take the recommended supplements : Liquid OM3, Bromelain, MSM, Joint Formula 
Most Beneficial
Raw Green Vegetable Juice Green Food - keep internal terrain alkaline, Detoxify, active enzymes
Cold water Fish in moderation high in Omega3 fatty acid
Food To Avoid
Dairy Products Cause Inflammation or allergy reaction
All wheat products Cause Inflammation or allergy reaction
All animal products except fish Make the internal environment more acidic. Acid in the joints promotes inflammation
spinach, cranberries, plums, buckwheat, nuts. High In Oxalic Acid 
Potatoes, Peppers, Eggplant, Tomatoes Nightshade plants or solamines - cause inflammation
